<h2>Cancelling Before Dispatch</h2>

<p>If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.</p>

<h2>Cancelling After Dispatch</h2>
<p>If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may request a return once you receive your item, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, only unopened items with their original seal intact are eligible for return.</p>

<h2>European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal</h2>
<p>If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.</p>
<p>Please note that, as our products are cosmetic items, this right of withdrawal is lost once the item's seal has been broken or the product has been used, in accordance with health and hygiene protection rules under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).</p>

<h2>United Kingdom Customers</h2>
<p>If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, your right to cancel is governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. As with EU orders, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.</p>
